A typical person living next door
Really isn't typical at all. Unless you are an aspiring professional (or have already reached the ranks). Children are definitely represented. But so too is the single entrepreneur, the established executive, as well as the recent retiree. Growing families are seen just a much as are those who might have just downsized. Rest assured though, these contrasting groups are what make Lone Tree so special.
Things you’ll love
If you’re one of the fortunate ones to call Lone Tree home, you'll be amazed at how nice and convenient is it live within walking distance to the large companies who have established regional and national headquarters here, and whose employees also call it home. Even if you don't work locally, don't be deterred. The myriad of commuting options can get you around town with a minimum of effort. And when you return, rest assured that there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, as well as libraries and bookstores, to renew your spirits.

Lone Tree …
It's bustling here, but also quiet. This is after all where we come home to. It’s a small price to pay for the convenient life you can have here. Also, you should know the area offers mostly lovely, modern row homes and spacious houses, so if you’re looking for an older, traditional home, this may not be the best neighborhood for you.

Transportation
Basically, everything you might need, no matter if it’s afternoon or midnight, is within walking distance from your home. Even if that means a quick stroll to the light rail. And bus service is frequent and convenient for the few areas not covered by rail. If you enjoy long walks or bike rides, there are also plenty of paths and trails to get you out to where you want to be. Or if you prefer, being situated next to I-25 makes living in Lone Tree remarkably convenient to all areas of the greater metro area easily accessible by personal vehicle or ride share.

Schools
Considering high school or elementary schools? Public schools are accessible either by walking or by school bus. Other options are to be easily found in the near proximity, so you needn't worry about the education of the youngest at all. College students will appreciate the ease of commuting by train, as both the University of Denver and the University of Colorado-Denver are serviced by direct link from all the stations in Lone Tree.
